How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped the same day if ordered before 3pm (Arizona Time). We deliver to over 99% of the population in 3 days or less. For standard ground shipping, see the Shipping Map.
What forms of payment does Horizon accept?
Orders are shipped UPS COD unless otherwise arranged. Prepayment arrangements can be made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. Personal and company checks are also accepted and may be used with COD, or Check by Fax. For more information, see the ordering policy and credit card security policy.
Can I pick up my part at Horizon?
Yes! For many years, Horizon has offered counter sales, which gave our local Tucson Metro Area dealers the chance to come in and go through the parts troubleshooting, ordering, and pickup process here at our facility. However, we might be able to better assist you over the phone, e-mail and internet. See the counter sales policy for more information.
What is Horizon's warranty policy?

How long do I have to return my order?
Horizon offers you a 90 day window from the date of your invoice to return purchases for any reason with no restocking fee! For more information, see the return policy.
